Responsibilities & Context:
Generate and qualify pipeline — 100+ qualified outbound conversations per quarter through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, industry events, trade-body networks, and warm referrals from PaySuite / Smart Group.
• Run end-to-end discovery calls with mid-market CFOs, CIOs, Heads of IT and Factory MDs; document UniSELL fields (Compelling Event, Pain, Decision Process, Champion, Economic Buyer) in UniCRM within 24 hours.
• Schedule and co-host demos with Sales Engineers; tailor demo scripts to each customer's vertical and pain (Bangla or English as appropriate).
• Build and submit proposals using the standard UniCRM templates; coordinate pricing with the Pricing Desk; manage contract negotiation through to signature.
• Own a vertical-aligned named-account list of approximately 40 – 60 accounts; maintain account plans and quarterly engagement cadence.
• Carry an annual quota of BDT 2.5 crore in Year-1, escalating to BDT 4 – 5 crore by Year-3.
• Forecast accurately in UniCRM — submit weekly Commit / Best-Case / Pipeline updates that hold within ±15% of actuals.
• Maintain pipeline hygiene to the standards in the UniSoft Sales Operations Playbook 2026 (deal-registration, stage exit criteria, UniSELL completeness).
• Hand-over closed-won customers cleanly to Customer Success and Professional Services within the 5-business-day handover SLA.
• Represent UniSoft externally at BASIS SoftExpo, FinTech Summit, BGMEA TechXpo and other industry events.
• Operate within UniSoft's Code of Conduct — no misrepresentation, no undisclosed gifts, no bribery, no competitive disparagement.
