• High proficiency in English, Arabic and Hindi.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to present and negotiate effectively.

• Good IELTS score demonstrating strong English language competency.

• Must be well-groomed and professional in appearance.

• Background or experience in the Human Resources sector.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Self-driven, ambitious, and goal-oriented.

• Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships.

• Preference will be given to candidates with a degree in Human Resources from a reputed university in Bangladesh.

• Engage with various Saudi offices and meet decision-makers to promote Amco Enterprise’s staffing solutions.

• Present workforce solutions, highlighting our ability to fulfil their staffing requirements with highly skilled candidates from Bangladesh.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their recruitment needs, and provide tailored workforce solutions.

• Utilize social media (especially LinkedIn) and email for professional outreach, maintaining a positive brand presence.

• Conduct market research to identify potential client companies and sectors for workforce placements.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and satisfaction of newly acquired clients.

• Attend industry events and networking sessions to expand Amco Enterprise’s visibility and connections in the Saudi market.
