∎ Taqwa Paper & Consumer seeks a dynamic and results-driven business development executive to drive growth for our tissue conversion factory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and developing strategies to increase market share. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and enhancing our brand presence in the market.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ * Market Research: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify potential customers, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
∎ * Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
∎ * Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new opportunities for collaboration and growth.
∎ * Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the tissue conversion industry.
∎ * Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to potential clients, ensuring alignment with their needs and capabilities.
∎ * Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients to close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
∎ * Market Expansion: Identify new markets, distribution channels, and product opportunities to drive business growth.
∎ * Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to the management team.

∎ * A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
∎ * Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
∎ * Strong understanding of the tissue conversion industry and its market dynamics.
∎ * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
∎ * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
