Responsibilities & Context:
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented "Business Development Executive " to support daily operations and ensure smooth office functioning which deals in textiles and garments’ raw materials like yarn, fabric and etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare reports, memos, letters, and notices
- Communicate with buyers and suppliers on daily basis
- Manage office correspondence for followup and new inquiries (emails, calls)
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events. Take and understand briefs from clients.
- Prepare job lists for the planning and/or creative departments and debrief them based on the given brief.
- Keep clients updated on the progress of work and gather feedback.
- Maintain regular and healthy relationships with clients
