∎ Must have good knowledge in mail communication
∎ Must have excellent skill in computer (MS Excel, MS Word and Power point)Must be target oriented, able to discharge responsibilities & be result oriented
∎ Smart, dynamic, sound health and willing to take up a challenging career
∎ Good understanding of English.
∎ Ability to manage people and work under pressure.Better if you have experience in preparing quotation and BOQ
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identifying potential clients, maintaining relationships, and networking.
∎ Analyzing industry trends, competitors, and business opportunities.
∎ Preparing project proposals, bidding, and negotiating contracts.
∎ Enhancing visibility through digital marketing, events, and promotional activities.
∎ Ensuring smooth coordination between clients and concern official personals.
∎ Develop business plan & supervise plan implementation.
∎ Better if you have experience in Real Estate and Building Consultancy firms.
∎ May need to visit prospective clients for business development.
∎ Monitor and record keeping day to day office operation.
∎ Preparing note, drafting and emailing would be daily part of the job
