∎ Age 25 to 50 years
∎ Applicants should have 3-5 years of demonstrated work experience in similar roles within the Business Development domain, preferably in the BPO/Call Center/Contact Center sector.
∎ Proven experience in business development or marketing within the IT/Software industry; experience at the B2B level is a plus.
∎ Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, with a proven track record of acquiring new customers in a similar role.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
∎ Reasonable understanding of or experience with formal project proposals and procurement processes, including Expressions of Interest (EOIs) and Requests for Quotations (RFQs).
∎ Familiarity with industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscapes.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Good project management skills to oversee the implementation of business strategies.
∎ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Familiarity with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve targets.
∎ Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to drive growth in international and domestic markets.
∎ Attend pre-bid meetings, contract signings, and negotiation sessions.
∎ Maintain existing business by managing client relationships effectively.
∎ Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities while understanding customer needs.
∎ Build brand awareness by representing the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
∎ Foster strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
∎ Manage the company's website and social media profiles to enhance brand visibility. Develop and implement strategies to increase online engagement and drive traffic to the company’s digital platforms. Utilize digital marketing channels to generate leads and promote the company's services.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams to create content that aligns with the company’s marketing and business development objectives.
∎ Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business proposals, project reports, and client communications.
∎ Develop, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of business development and marketing activities. Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
∎ Identify areas for improvement based on data analysis and feedback.
∎ Assist in implementing strategies to enhance business development processes, marketing efforts, and overall performance.
