Responsibilities & Context:
Act as the key liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
Coordinate, follow up, and ensure timely execution of the Director’s instructions across multiple teams (R&D, Sales, Marketing, Production, Supply Chain, etc.).
Assist in strategic planning, business analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
Initiate product development, improve productivity, factory overhead, cost optimization and reduce wastage.
Perform other tasks as assigned to support the Director and ensure business operations run smoothly.
