Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Act as a liaison between CEO’s Office and other departments.
∎ Manage different administrative job of CEO’s Office.
∎ Coordinate and arrange external and internal meetings, prepare agendas, minutes of meeting, invitations on behalf of MD & CEO.
∎ Manage CEO’s calendar, visitors and independently schedule appointments
∎ Coordinate and schedule weekly MANCOM meeting and follow-up on decisions taken.
∎ Assist in preparation of reports and presentations as and when required.
∎ Any other job as and when required.
∎ Act as a liaison between CEO’s Office and other departments.
∎ Manage different administrative job of CEO’s Office.
