Responsibilities & Context:

Job responsibilities:

  • For taking up the responsibility of a reputed organization to assist the Chairman.
  • Responsible for day-to-day Secretarial Jobs at Chairman's desk with dignity & maintain proper confidentiality.
  • Responsible for Inter Departmental Coordination with All units as directed by Chairman.
  • Drafting, editing, and reviewing official correspondence with a high standard of English writing.
  • Compiling and arranging quarterly sales data and preparing related presentations.
  • Assisting in the organization of meetings, schedules, and official communications.
  • Performing other administrative and office management tasks as assigned.
  • To distribute minutes of the meeting and follow-up its progress keeping liaison with the concerned department / officials.
  • Compose agendas and correspondence for special events, board meetings, committee meetings, Office Orders and development activities.
  • Responsible & coordinate all Corporate Meeting.
  • Fix and follow up Chairman's daily appointment, Communicate with Govt./ Private/Business Agencies as directed by Chairman.
