  • Bachelor's/master’s degree in finance or a related field.
  • Professional qualification with CMA, CFA certification will be preferred.

  • Software Skills: Excel, Power Bi.

  • Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.

  • Proficiency in standardizing financial processes and implementing extract/export mechanisms.

  • Excellent understanding of inventory management and production cost analysis.

  • Familiarity with day-to-day accounts operations, financial consolidation, and budget preparation.

  • Ability to drive sales projections and ensure timely payment collections.



Responsibilities & Context:

Financial Reporting and Analysis

  • Prepare and present management accounts status reports at regular intervals for operational requirements and management consideration.
  • Provide a financial report template to the team and implement a standardized financial extract/export process to streamline Finance & Accounting operations.
  • Monitor day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance

Profitability Analysis and Sales Projections

  • Deliver timely profitability analyses on a monthly basis to support the marketing efforts of the business.
  • Drive monthly sales projections, ensuring accurate forecasts and timely receipt of liability payments.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Provide reliable and comprehensive financial reports to facilitate strategic decision-making for senior management.
  • Contribute to the formulation of effective business strategies based on a thorough understanding of the financial landscape

Process Improvement

  • Identify areas for improvement and implement streamlined procedures to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure optimal production operations.
  • Explore and integrate innovative technologies to automate and improve financial and operational processes.
