Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
Proficiency in standardizing financial processes and implementing extract/export mechanisms.

Familiarity with day-to-day accounts operations, financial consolidation, and budget preparation.
Ability to drive sales projections and ensure timely payment collections.
Responsibilities & Context: Financial Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and present management accounts status reports at regular intervals for operational requirements and management consideration.
- Provide a financial report template to the team and implement a standardized financial extract/export process to streamline Finance & Accounting operations.
- Monitor day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Profitability Analysis and Sales Projections
- Deliver timely profitability analyses on a monthly basis to support the marketing efforts of the business.
- Drive monthly sales projections, ensuring accurate forecasts and timely receipt of liability payments.
Reporting and Analysis
- Provide reliable and comprehensive financial reports to facilitate strategic decision-making for senior management.
- Contribute to the formulation of effective business strategies based on a thorough understanding of the financial landscape
Process Improvement
- Identify areas for improvement and implement streamlined procedures to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure optimal production operations.
- Explore and integrate innovative technologies to automate and improve financial and operational processes.
