∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage

Job Context:
∎ Set goal, mission, vision and business strategy of the company.
∎ Create the business project profile.
∎ Have to complete and strategic idea about FMCG business.
∎ Developing and implementing effective business strategies for business.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Determine the market size, investment cost, production cost and gross profit margin considering the actual market of the country and abroad.
∎ Determine the sales and marketing management plan by reviewing the current overall market situation.
∎ • Determine the plan for strong supply chain management of raw materials and other matters.
∎ Determining strategies for building a strong position by competing with current large companies.
∎ Determining the location of the factory considering all the factors.
∎ Determine to plan the machinery, equipment and other components required for production management.
∎ Determine to prepare the factory floor and plan to recruit skilled manpower in all departments/sectors.
∎ Considering the above issues, it is important to plan strategies for how to take or pull up the company to a higher level in the world in the next 10 years.
∎ Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the FMCG business goals.
∎ Establish FMCG Business as front line Company in Bangladesh.
∎ Need up-to-date information with new product launches and ensure all team members are on board.
