Responsibilities & Context:
ঘেরের নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত করা এবং চুরি বা ক্ষতি থেকে রক্ষা করা।
নিয়মিত পানির অবস্থা পরীক্ষা করা (পানির লেভেল, পরিষ্কার-পরিচ্ছন্নতা)।
মাছ/চিংড়ির খাবার ঠিক সময়ে দেওয়া এবং খাবারের পরিমাণ নিয়ন্ত্রণ করা।
মাছের রোগ বা সমস্যা হলে দ্রুত ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া।
ঘেরের পাড়, জাল, গেট ইত্যাদি ঠিক আছে কিনা দেখা এবং প্রয়োজনে মেরামত করা।
মাছ ধরা, বাছাই ও বিক্রির সময় সহযোগিতা করা।
ঘেরের পরিচ্ছন্নতা ও পরিবেশ ঠিক রাখা।
মালিক বা ম্যানেজারকে নিয়মিত রিপোর্ট দেওয়া।
