Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Government project, Project proposal writing, RFP, RFQ, Technical Documentation, Technical Writer/ Manual Writer, Tender bidding
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Writing technical proposals or tender for the Government and large companies and proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation.
∎ Experience in Bid/Technical Proposal Preparation for Govt. project/ Local / International for RFQ, RFP will be given preference in selection criteria. Understand the format of Govt, ADB, WB etc.
∎ Study RFP/RFQ/TOR Tender schedules of various Govt. ministries, banks and prepare technical proposals as per the specifications of the concerned organizations.
∎ Document Software requirement specifications (SRS), Work plan, Business analysis Methodologies and familiar with ArchiMate standard, system design document and other technical related documents to response RFP/RFQ.
∎ Hands-on experience in content creation tools (for example: Visio, Visual Paradigm, StarUML etc.
∎ Understand the SDLC.
∎ Able to produce documents both in Bangla & English.
∎ Very strong communication and collaboration skills.
