Education:

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.

• Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.

• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

• Professional certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis).

Job Description:

• We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying needs, and developing strategies to improve business performance. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and ensure that solutions align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for the business.

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and research.

• Analyze and map business processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

• Develop functional specifications and ensure that business requirements are accurately captured.

• Collaborate with IT and development teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.

• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that solutions meet business requirements before deployment.

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

• Tender / Bid related documentation.

• Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on new systems and processes.

• Continuously monitor and evaluate implemented solutions to ensure they meet business objectives.

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis.

• Salary: BDT 50,000 (Negotiable)
