∎ 5–8 years of relevant experience in business analysis
∎ Strong command of data analytics tools: Excel (advanced), Power BI
∎ Experience in business case development, cost-benefit analysis, and forecasting
∎ Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
∎ Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and decision-making capabilities

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the analysis of complex business problems and provide actionable insights
∎ Analyze financial and business data of SBUs to spot trends, risks, and opportunities.
∎ Support long-term planning and scenario modeling for the individual SBUs.
∎ Design and implement business intelligence solutions to improve operational efficiency
∎ Collaborate with senior leadership to align analysis with strategic goals
∎ Track and review the performance of business units on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
∎ Evaluate processes, KPIs, and financial data to recommend optimization strategies
∎ Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and executive summaries
∎ Support digital transformation, ERP implementation, and other strategic initiatives
∎ Lead the analysis of complex business problems and provide actionable insights
