Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and responsible Building Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and overall management of residential/commercial properties. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the real estate industry or hotel management sector, with strong leadership and operational management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily building operations and ensure smooth facility management
Supervise maintenance, housekeeping, security, and technical teams
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building policies
Coordinate repairs, maintenance schedules, and vendor management
Handle tenant/owner communications and resolve complaints efficiently
Prepare operational reports and manage budgets
Monitor service quality and ensure high customer satisfaction
Implement cost-control strategies and energy management initiatives
