Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science ( BSc) in Agriculture, Master of Science ( MSc) in Agriculture
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Having in-depth technical know-how on Vegetable breeding
∎ Planning, designing and implementing Vegetable Breeding program.
∎ Develop and select new parent lines and hybrids.
∎ Maintain parent lines selection through genomic selection
∎ Collect and screen germplasms based on crop season
∎ Conduct seasonal and annual trial, data record and data analysis based on action plan
∎ Ensure annual and quarterly action plan
∎ Development of vegetables breeding field station & Molecular Lab
∎ Supervise respective breeder assistant, pollinators, labor and other staff within the group
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Minimum 5 years experience in similar position in a reputed national or multinational organization.
