∎ Candidate must have advance level of skill in English language for effective communication with buyer’s or its representative.
∎ Educational qualification may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates.
∎ Minimum 10 years’ of work experience in similar position in larger apparel industry.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Sample checking, commenting, advising for correction by attending fit session with customers;
∎ Conducting risk analysis meeting and collecting all relevant documents and test report for PPM;
∎ Ensure all SOP’s are implemented and maintained according to the customer manual;
∎ Proactively raise style specific call outs during line review and ensure all style alert CAP are implemented;
∎ Ensure Pilot run product review properly, all concern points are corrected and 100% Key POM are maintaining;
∎ Ensure to maintain overall quality level (OQL);
∎ Checking first wash lot and give feedback to the washing team for the improvement (if required);
∎ Checking fabric inspection result, shade continuity and blanket and shade band;
∎ Review In-house and external all test reports related to QA and if found any problem then contact with QA & Production team to resolve it immediately;
∎ Checking Fusing test report /SPC/Pinch setting/Data sheet/pull test/TTF/ GSM/oz etc.;
∎ Checking all new styles in finishing for pressing and accessories attachment with packing accuracy;
∎ Moreover, candidate will ensure supervision, discipline and development of good organizational culture.
