Kazipur Fashions Limited is one of the leading 100% export oriented organization of RMG industry in Bangladesh. Applications are invited from well experienced candidate for the following position.   

• Execute end-to-end product development activities for woven garments in line with buyer tech packs and design briefs to ensure accurate and timely development of styles;

• Coordinate proto, fit, size set, and pre-production (PP) sample preparation and submission to achieve on-time sample delivery and buyer approval;

• Communicate buyer comments, technical clarifications, and approval feedback to internal teams to ensure correct implementation and minimize resubmissions;

• Prepare and analyze development and preliminary cost sheets in collaboration with merchandising, sourcing, and IE teams to achieve cost accuracy and price competitiveness;

• Liaise with fabric, trim, washing, printing, and embroidery teams for sourcing, testing, and approvals to ensure material readiness and development feasibility;

• Review and ensure sample quality, construction, fit, and workmanship as per buyer standards to secure faster sample approval and buyer satisfaction;

• Support and participate in development-to-bulk handover meetings with merchandising and production teams to ensure smooth transition and clear execution intent;

• Monitor and follow up on development timelines, approvals, and action plans to prevent delays and meet buyer critical paths;

• Identify and propose product or process improvement opportunities during development to enhance efficiency, reduce cost, and improve order conversion rate;

• Must be able to conduct effective training, utilize machines & manpower properly to minimize cost and increase efficiency.
