Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Represent one of the most premium FMCG brands in Bangladesh.
∎ Work in selected FMCG product selling outlets/shops to carry out consumer engagement
∎ Identify prospect for engagement with consumer of selected brands.
∎ Establish contact and developing relationship with prospects.
∎ Communicate the brand message and uphold the brand attributes to both the existing and potential consumer.
∎ Generate trial of the brand whilst communicating the brand message through appropriate communication tool.
∎ Inform prospects about new brand features and Promo Offer.
∎ Prepare consumer engagement report on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
∎ Maintain quality service by establishing and maintaining organization standards/rules of consumer engagement.
∎ Contribute to team effort by accomplishing KPI related results as needed.
∎ Work on full time basis (09:00 AM to 6:00 PM)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 27 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent verbal communication skills.
∎ Excellent persuasion skills.
∎ Smart, self-confident and self-disciplined in nature.
∎ Honest & enthusiastic.
∎ Willing and ready to travel continuously and on a daily basis (this is not a desk job).

Salary: Tk. 10000 (Monthly)
