Responsibilities & Context:
∎ INNOVATE IT Limited is looking for a Senior Brand Manager, reporting to the Marketing Director, we are looking for someone who will oversee the execution of our marketing campaigns, who will bring together different marketing and communication groups, set clear targets, and ensure all teams work towards common objectives. Coordinates with external creative and business partners and internal departments for campaign execution.
∎ You are also responsible for product forecasting and accomplishment throughout the PLC, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with SCM, sales, marketing, and support to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals. You have to define an apt strategy and roadmap for your assigned brands.
∎ Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs.
∎ Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and competitors’ activities.
∎ Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies for our consumer electronics products.
∎ Work with your analytics partners to set clear data-driven goals based on market benchmarking.
∎ Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications, and sales estimates.
∎ Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.
∎ Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
∎ Interface and collaborate with the Sales, Product, and Creative Teams to align brand strategies and execution.
∎ Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives.
∎ Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”.
