Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieving Branch Business Targets ( Deposit, Loan, Profit, Non-funded Business)
∎ Preparation of Annul Budget and Business Strategies for the Branch
∎ Maintaining Liaison with Local Gov't / Regulatory Authorities and Law Enforcing Agencies
∎ Facilitating / Taking Leading Role in programs / meeting arranged by the Bank near the Branch.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Experience - 2 years in the Branch Manager
∎ Candidates of outside Dhaka Branches will get a preference for early recruitment.
