Responsibilities & Context:
Check application form (Completeness, AML compliance, fund realization, exception approval) received from Business Unit (BU).
Open customer profile and Deposit account opening in Bank Ultimus (CBS).
Create shadow file of AOF.
Send original deposit file to Head Office Deposit Operations team.
Pass transaction vouchers for daily bank statement, Processing fee/ Documentation fee & VAT, Lease Deposit/ Loan Advance, Mutation Fee, NPL recovery.
Update DCL in CRM LOS System.
Issue Tax Certificate of Deposit accounts and providing bank statement of liability and asset accounts.
Any other related works assigned by the Management.
