∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage/supervise and monitor survey of Micro-finance Program
∎ Target planning of a branch of different time span (weekly, monthly, yearly etc.)
∎ Monitor all accounting and administrative activities of a branch
∎ Involve into staff development activities (leave, training, promotion of employees)
∎ Ensure the accountability and ethical norm of employees
∎ Create a healthy work environment for all programs in a branch
∎ Maintain liaison with Government and Non -government officers
∎ Look after of overall management of Branch Office
∎ Provide subordinate specific guidelines to overcome their day to day problems
∎ Prepare report, Analyzing progress with respect of impact indicators, Problems and solutions, Ensure sending report to Head Office

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 21000 - 22000 (Monthly)
