Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/ MBM/ Master's degree in any discipline preferably with commerce background having no 3rd class in academic records.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have knowledge in Branch Management, Branch Banking Operations and Business Development.
∎ Must have knowledge & working experience in General Banking, Credit and Foreign Exchange.
∎ Guide team on improving productivity and streamline branch activities in order to maximize results and achieve desired performance levels.
∎ Ability to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
∎ Maintain constructive relationships with current and potential clients through regular contacts on achieving Branch targets.
∎ Exceptional commitments on customer services.
∎ Leadership capability to manage and motivate employees.
∎ Strong decision-making and problem solving capability.
∎ Well-connected in the banking and business professional network.
∎ Knowledgeable on compliance with the regulatory requirements and able to manage bank's policies and procedures.
∎ Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in both Bangla and English.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ 8 Years' experience of working in Foreign Trade, Credit & General Banking in any reputed scheduled bank of which minimum 3 years' practical experience of working as Branch Manager.
∎ Suitable candidates must have started their Banking career through a competitive recruitment examination.
