Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve set business growth targets in both asset and liability (Corporate/Retail/SME)
∎ Ensure branch profitability through controllable Profit before Tax (PBT) & Provision
∎ Well management of NPL & PAR of Asset portfolio
∎ Handling customer complaints positively and converting complaints into service improvement opportunities
∎ Analyze the patterns of customer's changing needs of financial services and recommend ways to tackle those Ensure compliance as per internal policy framework
∎ Lead, train employees to achieve sales goals

Additional Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 Years of experience in banking/NBFI industry in Branch Management, Product & Services
∎ Experience as Branch Manager will be an added advantage
∎ Behavioral Competencies: Quality Decision Making, Negotiation Skills, Analytical Ability
∎ Functional Competencies: Business Acumen, Regulatory and Compliance Knowledge
