About the Role:

LifeSpring Consultancy Limited is looking for a proactive and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our Chattogram branch. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth branch operations, manage the front desk, collaborate with professionals, and create new business opportunities. You will also assist the marketing team in branding and promotional activities while acting as the local business development lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and ensure smooth daily operations of the branch.

• Understand front desk activities and provide services to client whenever required.

• Provide necessary support and training to the front desk executive and support staff.

• Create a smooth communication routine for professionals.

• Create and implement strategies to generate new business opportunities.

• Assist the marketing team with local branding and promotional initiatives.

• Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.

• Lead and guide the branch team to achieve performance goals.

• Prepare performance reports and provide strategic insights to the management.

• Make routine visits to prospective corporate clients and arrange seminars, events or programs according to the direction of management.

• Reach out to potential corporate entities for new business opportunities.

• Any other responsibilities, according to the management decision, must be carried out.
