Responsibilities & Context:
  • Identify current and prospective sales opportunities for Super Hostel.

  • Good comunication and relationship with existing branch guest to make sure their service always up to our standard.and improve the service for our in-house guest.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for business expansion.

  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other business partners to generate consistent revenue.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business trends and opportunities for expansion.

  • Implement training programs for staff to enhance customer service quality and operational efficiency.

  • Ensuring all operational aspects of the Branch including, Front Office, housekeeping, quality of food, daily billings & payments, booking information and customer service.

  • Handles complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts.

  • Supervises staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met.

  • Train up, Operate, Manage and monitor of Front Desk Team.

  • Provides services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Ensuring daily visitor and bookings.

  • You will be highly responsible for increasing the sales, improve the customer satisfaction by improving service and maintain tidy cleanliness of the branch.

  • Should have guts to fight with the wrong world and become a leader.
