We are currently looking for a proactive, professional, and client-focused Branch Manager to lead our Chattogram branch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the aesthetic clinic and ensure smooth, efficient service delivery

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate clinic staff including doctors, therapists, and front desk teams

  • Ensure high standards of client satisfaction and handle escalated client concerns

  • Manage sales targets and actively promote clinic services and packages

  • Maintain stock, product inventory, and ensure proper usage of machines and equipment

  • Monitor clinic hygiene, safety protocols, and professional conduct among staff

  • Report regularly to the Head Office with operational updates and suggestions for improvement

  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide staff performance feedback

  • Ensure all services are carried out in line with company SOPs and quality standards
