We are currently looking for a proactive, professional, and client-focused Branch Manager to lead our Chattogram branch.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the aesthetic clinic and ensure smooth, efficient service delivery
Lead, supervise, and motivate clinic staff including doctors, therapists, and front desk teams
Ensure high standards of client satisfaction and handle escalated client concerns
Manage sales targets and actively promote clinic services and packages
Maintain stock, product inventory, and ensure proper usage of machines and equipment
Monitor clinic hygiene, safety protocols, and professional conduct among staff
Report regularly to the Head Office with operational updates and suggestions for improvement
Conduct regular team meetings and provide staff performance feedback
Ensure all services are carried out in line with company SOPs and quality standards
