∎ Job Location: Gazipur Sadar and Uttara (Dhaka)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible and accountable for the overall business portfolios and supervision of the branch office.
∎ Oversee all operation and service aspects of the branch, i.e. product promotion, client service, branch administration etc.
∎ Maintain branch service standard and strive to improve it.
∎ Ensure all business transactions are in compliance with regulatory requirements.
∎ Proper distribution of work among branch employees through well-defined tasks and responsibilities and ensure that right people are placed in the right positions.
∎ Liaison with Head Office for time to time updated status of work progress.
∎ Achieve business budget-assets, liabilities and other targets of the branch as set by Head Office.
∎ Finding new customers for business development and ensuring maximum customer service.
∎ Maintain all register of the branch office i.e. cashbook, fixed assets, inventory, visitor complaints etc.
∎ Policy Document issue and distribution as per company's rule.
∎ Ensure that business risks and controls are well managed.
∎ Controlling branch expenses and petty cash positions.
∎ Any other task as and when assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 05 (Five) years' working experience in leading Non-Life Insurance out of which 2 years as Branch In-charge.
∎ Prior to joining the job, must submit the clearance of the previous organization.
∎ Incumbent needs to be an all-rounder-excellent relationship management skills, Team Management, sound knowledge base in General Insurance business.
∎ Smart, Team player and can-do attitude.
∎ Good communication skill in Bangla and English.
∎ Very good skills in MS Office
