Additional Requirements:
Experience in IPD, OPD billing.
Must have good computer skill.
Hospital software literacy is preferred.
Ability to work under pressure & flexibility in challenging situation.
Responsibilities & Context:
· Daily Cash collection against bill & payment disburse.
· Daily Cashbook maintain (Hospital and Pharmacy)
· ERP posting daily.
· Daily indoor patient bill update.
· Bill negotiation with patient attendant.
· All IPD input bill checking for final bill.
· Prepare IPD final bill & settle.
· Indoor & pharmacy bill analysis.
· Ensure TDS deduction from consultant, anesthesia and surgeon payment.
· Maintains 5% Saving Deposit Fund ledger.
· Organize, secure & maintain all IPD bill.
· Maintain cash debit vouchers & cash credit vouchers properly.
· Perform any other responsibility as order by Dept. Head & Management.
