Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Brew and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty beverages.
∎ Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers warmly and answering any questions they may have.
∎ Actively promote and sell bakery and pastry items, ensuring customers are aware of the full range of products.
∎ Offer recommendations based on customer preferences and upsell products to boost sales.
∎ Accurately process customer transactions using the POS system.
∎ Manage cash, credit, and other payment methods.
∎ Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
