Job Description:
As a Banquet Manager at Biyerbzaar.com, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of all banquet functions. Your role will involve coordinating with clients, managing staff, and overseeing the setup, service, and breakdown of events to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction.
Location: Dhaka & Outer Dhaka
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and manage banquet events from start to finish.
Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Develop detailed event plans including timelines, floor plans, and staffing requirements.
Supervise banquet staff, including servers, bartenders, and setup crews.
Ensure proper setup of banquet rooms, including decorations, seating arrangements, and
Oversee food and beverage service to ensure quality and efficiency.
Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.
Address and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations.
Conduct post-event evaluations and provide feedback to improve future events.
