Additional Requirements:
At least 3+ years of experience in PHP and Laravel development
Experience leading and mentoring development teams
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns
Experience with MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Firebase Realtime Database, Redis are preferable
Strong experience with RESTful APIs and third-party API integrations
Experience with version control systems such as Git
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience Required: At least 3-5 years of experience in PHP and Laravel development
Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a highly skilled PHP, Laravel Backend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Laravel Framework and PHP development, as well as experience leading and mentoring development teams. The successful candidate will work on developing high-performance, scalable, and secure web applications and services.
Location: Niketon, Gulshan 1, Dhaka
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop and maintain robust and scalable web applications and services using PHP and Laravel
Work closely with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration of the front-end and back-end systems
Lead and mentor development teams to deliver high-quality code
Collaborate with other developers, project managers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes
Optimize performance and scalability of web applications and services
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies
