Required Technical Skills: PLC Programming:ABB (AC800M or similar)Siemens (S7-1200, S7-1500, TIA Portal)Rockwell (ControlLogix, CompactLogix, Studio 5000)\Delta PLC etc.
SCADA Platforms:
WinCC / FactoryTalk / ABB SCADA / Ignition (preferred)
Industrial Communication:
Modbus TCP/IP
Profibus / Profinet
Ethernet/IPOPC UA/DA
IIoT & Data Integration:
Node-RED
KepserverEX
MQTT (preferred)
Database integration (SQL – preferred)
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop, program, and troubleshoot PLC systems (ABB, Siemens, Rockwell, Delta, etc).
SCADA development, modification, and commissioning.
Configure and manage communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, OPC etc).
Integration of PLC with SCADA, HMI, VFD, and third-party systems
Implement and maintain Industrial IoT solutions.
Develop Node-RED flows and support IIoT/data integration (MQTT, database logging).
Integrate PLC data to SQL/database systems for reporting
Support digitalization and process optimization initiatives.
Perform system testing, FAT/SAT, and commissioning activities.
Prepare technical documentation (IO list, control philosophy, network architecture).
Monitor system performance and optimize process automation.
Provide breakdown support and root cause analysis.
Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards and company SOP.
