Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the Auto Printing Machine technics ( Specially ROQ Brand auto print machine).
∎ Mechanical proficiency, problem solving, communication skills, understanding of auto printing machine tools.
∎ mechanical proficiency and a knack for problem-solving. A printing machine technician operates a variety of printing devices.
∎ Guide the Production to match the colors and substrates.
∎ Production planning and reporting.
∎ Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.
∎ To increase productivity in all machines by proper planning and better output without affecting the quality of the products.
∎ Ensure quality. Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control.
∎ Planning of jobs for ensuring optimum machine utilization and timely deliveries.
∎ Supervision and motivated a team of workers.
∎ Proper control of ink wastage and worker's efficiency.
∎ Reviewing the performance of subordinates.
∎ Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed.
∎ Any other assigned responsibility entrusted by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in Garments/Textile printing factory.
∎ Experience in Auto print machine technician at RMG sector.
∎ The incumbent should know email writing in English.
∎ The incumbent should know to do the designs, layout, etc. on graphic software.
∎ standardizing special color printing performance etc.
∎ Ensuring the customer's satisfaction performance and Quality Product.
∎ The incumbent should in department knowledge of machinery, ink, rollers, and fabric to prepares.
∎ Aligns, and configures.
∎ He will Inspects buyer approval to evaluate the quality of printing and arrange to adjust machine.
∎ Must be proactive.
∎ Organized.
∎ Must be willing to work under pressure.
∎ Execute an assure compliance of all Environment, Health and Safety dispositions.
