Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be capable set up and operates auto printing machine to produce items consistent with customer specifications.
∎ Coordinates maintenance efforts with Shift Supervisor. Organizes production run of customer order to maximize efficiency.
∎ Produce up to 8 color flat, screen, and process print rolls in sufficient quantity and quality.
∎ Adjust inks as needed. Check for color and registration approval as required.
∎ Coordinate press efforts with mechanics and other operators. Train other workers as instructed.
∎ Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
∎ Maintain safe, clean work place.
∎ Complete all forms. Maintain records, samples, files, and/or logs as required.
∎ Assist mechanics and operators as required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in Garments/Textile printing factory.
∎ Experience in auto printing machine operator at RMG sector.
∎ Knowledge of screen print production process (color, dyes chemical, preparation of recipe).
∎ Understanding of Textile and Garments products.
∎ Experienced in Quality assurance.
∎ Analytical ability, report writing and problem-solving skills.
∎ Good Team Player, Well-Organized, Initiative and Detail-Oriented.
