∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proper knowledge about capital market.
∎ Leadership and human resources management skills.
∎ Ability to Self-Motivate.
∎ Follow to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations & laws.
∎ Should be proactive about networking & strong communication skills to bring in new clients.
∎ Willingness to Share information with team members.
∎ Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective clients.
∎ Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
∎ Assist clients in buying and selling of stock, shares, and bonds.
∎ Identify the purchasing power and risk tolerance level of clients
∎ Confidence of achieving annual business target.
∎ Trading Knowledge about DSE flex TP.
∎ Portfolio Management
∎ Motivating New & Existing investor.
∎ Maintaining Daily Compliance report & ensure Compliance as per BSEC and compan.y
∎ Relationship Management.
∎ Create client database.
∎ Other assignments by Branch Manager & Regional Head.
∎ Accurately evaluate financial reports.
∎ Keep up-to-date with the latest financial news.
∎ Provide regular updates to clients regarding the status of their investment portfolios.
∎ Informing clients of new investment opportunities within the capital market.
∎ Sourcing new clients through networking and cold calling.
∎ Making changes in investment plans based on market conditions.
∎ Design appropriate strategies that will help each client to meet financial goals.
∎ Conduct daily research to identify value of stocks, shares, and bonds.
∎ Train newly recruited graduates/fresher's and professionals regarding capital market and its operation.
Additional Requirements:

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Capital Market Investment, Trading of Securities.
∎ Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices.
∎ Familiarity with financial industry's rules and regulations.
Salary: Negotiable
