∎ We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an ATM Attendant. As an ATM Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our automated teller machines (ATMs) and providing excellent customer service to ATM users. Your primary goal will be to ensure that ATMs are fully functional, well-maintained, and equipped with sufficient cash supplies. You will also be responsible for addressing technical issues, and maintaining accurate records. This is a field level job. You are encouraged it is mainly a field job, the candidate must have the mentality to work on the field and they should be physically fit for duty. The competent candidate will be appointed after completing successful training.

∎ Job Responsibilities·
∎ Cash Carrying and feeding in ATM booth (For Cash carrying company will provide a company vehicle).
∎
∎ · First-line maintenance (FLM)/ Preventive maintenance.
∎ · Cash Reconciliation.
∎ · Cash Sorting.
∎ · Perform regular inspections of ATMs to identify and report any physical or technical issues that require attention.
∎ · Coordinate with technical support or third-party vendors to resolve complex technical problems and minimize downtime.
∎ · Adhere to all security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and confidentiality of customer transactions and ATM operations.
∎ · Maintain accurate records of cash transactions, ATM malfunctions, service requests, and other relevant documentation.
∎ · Any other duties of cash-related service.
