Must have work experience in a Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) factory.
Develops and implements maintenance schedules to ensure efficient factory operations.
Leads and manages a team of maintenance personnel, providing training and guidance.
Manages inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring timely procurement and availability.
Diagnoses and resolves mechanical, electrical, and IT-related issues to maintain system reliability.
Ensures compliance with industry standards and regulations, maintaining detailed maintenance records.
