∎ Diploma in Garments Manufacturing will be given preference.
∎ Liaison and Buying experience will be preferable in this field.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring the Operations, QA & Technical, Merchandising & Sourcing, IE, Production.
∎ Coordinate the Technical, QA & Merchandising Team towards finalizing the orders.
∎ To involve with the product development & technical issues & methods for improvement in order to increase the quality / productivity & minimize the cost & waste.
∎ To cooperate in booking of reputed buyers giving good orders in terms of CM, quantity, lead time and payment terms
∎ Assisting the management regarding marketing, operation and other issues for the betterment of the Company.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 55 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Operation area of export-oriented garments manufacturing factories.
∎ Effective communication skills.
