• Fluent in speaking and writing English.

• Ability to generate ideas and concepts.

• Maintain the end-to-end design process for seasonal collections, from concept development and sampling to final product.

• Prepare detailed trend analyses and forecast new styles.

• Prepare the specifications and information sheet in technical artwork.

• To work in the section of research and product development of RMG Group of company.

• Develop themes, collect inspirations, and prepare mood boards for the new collections.

• Ensuring the product is in agreement with business strategy.

• Selecting fabrics and trims.

• Reviewing product for style and fit during presentation.

• Presenting story, mood, color boards, and samples to buyers.

• Ensure seasonal design requirements are fulfilled and create designs accordingly that suits.

• Participate in product development meetings to discuss design concepts, feasibility, and timelines.

• Source fabrics, accessories, and different embellishments for new development if necessary.

• Conduct product quality checks and revisions to meet design standards.

• Help to the merchandiser solve any problem of Merchandising.
