Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context: The company is a Japan-based manufacturer of knit composite garments. We specialize in fashionable knit tops and bottoms items. The agent has running operations globally.
Job Responsibilities:
Must be energetic and be able to lead & develop an effective team of Finishing supervisor/ Production Officer, and technical staff.
Responsible for all finishing folding, assorting, spot, Iron, Pad Printing related assignments / issues.
To solve any kind of problem related to worker, staff, equipment, materials etc.
Inform operation in charge time to time regarding present production status, problem & planning Collaborate with other department to develop the process, product, SOP, and training methods.
To develop and analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards, quality and reliability of finished product.
Maintain workplace safety & healthy environment for employee in every situation. Conduct any other assignment given by the top management.
