• Knowledge of Customer requirements·

• Good Communication skills both in Bangla and English.

Job Context:

AKH Knitting & Dyeing Ltd. (AKDL) is a 100% Export Oriented Knit Composite Factory located at Phulbaria, Tetuljhora, Savar, Dhaka and a sister concern of AKH Group. We are looking for a skilled and experienced Asst. Technical Manager to lead the technical team in the process of converting customer requirements to production viable samples, with the objective of ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.   

 Responsibilities:        

• Provide technical support/advice to customer accounts (Sample/Production Team)·        

• Monitor, analyze the QCO expected/required efficiency is achieved and target completion after line feeding.·        

• Pattern adjustments and innovations related to SMV calculations.        Attending management meetings and preparation of reports.  

• Work closely with General Manager on order inquiries, assessing the do-ability of the product, advising on resource requirements (such as machines, attachments and skills), providing feedback to the merchandisers on order acceptance & visually present the work content of a series of tasks and facilitate work & line balancing·  

• Coordinate and lead all meetings, following-up on all preproduction activities to proactively identify and solve all technical and operational issues related to new products, whilst ensuring that operations in bulk production flow smoothly, taking initiative for the process flow from the point of product development to the pilot run.

• Make sure that garments are produced within budget.
