Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma or Bachelor of Science (BSc), in CSE / EEE.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maximizing network performance through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting.
∎ Analyze the system and network performance and prepare routine/on-demand reports.
∎ Investigating and troubleshooting hardware, system, and network issues, and finding effective solutions within the timeframe.
∎ Performing R&D of new solutions and emerging technologies.
∎ Installing and configuring infrastructure hardware and software components like- Router, Switch and Firewall.
∎ Preparing and maintaining proper documentation of related work areas.
∎ Preparing daily and weekly reports for Channel mapping, Subsystem details, up & down times.
