Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduate in any discipline.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Freshers are encouraged to apply but few working experience in direct sales of financial products (Deposits and Loans) will be an added advantage.
∎ Candidates should have excellent communication skills with salesmanship aptitude and pro-active.
∎ Candidates must be physically fit & energetic and strong willingness for traveling/visits to different places/clients.

Salary: Tk. 13000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festival Bonuses as per Company policy.
∎ Performance based monthly Commission (variable pay) .
∎ Candidates found exceptionally good with at least 1 - 3 years experience in the relevant field may be considered for higher positions like PMO/ SPMO.
∎ Employment is initially on one year contractual basis, extendable from time to time and/or on regular basis depending purely on performance and Company's scope.
