Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly activity plan based on the Project Implementation Plan (PIP)
∎ Provide supportive supervision to the team as well as factory management for smooth implementation.
∎ Identify bottlenecks and provide course corrective measures accordingly jointly with the Technical Officer.
∎ Conduct capacity building training, workshop, learning session for the peer educators, workers and others.
∎ Provide technical supports to the food supply actors when required (caterers, canteen managers etc.)
∎ Work jointly with M&E Officer for Quality Improvement (QI) and overall monitoring and evaluation aspects for the project.
∎ Scheduling meeting with factory management and others stakeholder and organizing event in the factory level.
∎ Provide day-to-day management support for field operations.
∎ Undertake RMG factory visit at project areas.
∎ Support report preparation includes monthly/quarterly report, case studies etc.
∎ Any other support as assigned by the management.

∎ Age 30 to 33 years

Salary: Tk. 34000 (Monthly)
