Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Diploma in Textiles / Graduate in any discipline/B.Sc. in Textiles.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To entry before 15 minutes of Shift and getting information through log book and observing all the machines of section with outgoing shift officer and checking all the machine that running or not or any parts broken or any machine stop then reporting to Shift In-charge & Sr. PM.
∎ Putting the proper worker in proper machine. Extremely expert worker in Carding, Comber & Ring Machine and giving instructions to operators or doffers at the beginning of their works and aware them about lot-count mixing and accident.
∎ Training up, motivating the section workers to get more output.
∎ Maintaining all the cleaning schedules of each and every machine and maintaining of roller changing, Block Changing, Lot Changing and keep the house net & Clean.
∎ If any machine stops for any trouble, then quickly inform to the concerned department to solve the trouble and inform to the APM. /Sr. PM about it.
∎ Supervision of Blow-Room for Packing and maintaining the actual net yarn in actual bag in Packing section.
∎ Monitoring worker leaving one after one for 20 minutes for Tiffin without stop the machine.
∎ To Know the target production and achieve the target production from each and every worker/machine and to report that production to the shift in charge at the end of shift.
∎ Hand over the shift to incoming shift production officer/Asst. Production officer physically machine to machine with passing the information if any.
∎ Proper maintain count and Lot wise bobbin, Paper Cone, PP Woven bag and avoid count & Lot mixed etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 03 Years job experience in Spinning Mills.
