Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive the production requirement, plan and oversee the production works of particular shift accordingly.
∎ Assign the duty to workers and supervisor as per the production plan.
∎ To ensure all the products are produces in RIGHT QUALITY & DELIVERED on time.
∎ To ensure that proper working conditions & compliance requirement at work place are maintained.
∎ To prepare & to submit necessary reports required by the management.
∎ Monitor every aspect of production to ensure compliance with established procedures and standards
∎ Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production report with proper record keeping.
∎ Ensure maximum utilization of manpower, machine, materials etc.
∎ Any other tasks assign by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the Extrusion process of Heavy Industry.
∎ Must have mentality to work in Day and Night shift (12 hours shift) in alternate basis.
∎ Ability work under pressure.
