∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Proven experience in commodity trading sales or related field, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.
∎ Deep knowledge of commodities markets, including understanding of various commodity products (various grain items, Coal, Fertilizer under Govt. subsidy program), trading strategies.
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information and ideas to customers and maintain liaison with local govt. officials for business prospective.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams such as finance, market research, trading, and sales operations to deliver comprehensive solutions to the customers.
∎ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions and sales activities using iBOS systems.
∎ Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customers feedback, and market trends & intelligence for management review.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing traders of grain items, coal and prospective customers/dealers of fertilizer.
∎ Act as the core point of contact for customers, understanding their trading objectives, risk appetite and investment preferences.
